In accordance with the South Adelaide Basketball Club Constitution, notice is hereby given that the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the South Adelaide Basketball Club Incorporated will be held as follows:

📅 Date: Sunday, 9th November 2025
🕓 Time: Registration opens at 3:30 PM for a 4:00 PM start
📍 Venue: Club Marion – Room 2 (Hills View West Function Room), Sturt Road, Marion

🗳 Election of Office Bearers

The following Management Committee positions will be declared vacant and open for election at this AGM:

• President – 2-year term

• Treasurer – 2-year term

• Senior Program Manager – 2-year term

Nominations:

• Nominations must be in writing, signed by the candidate, proposer, and seconder, and lodged with the Club Secretary no later than 3:30 PM on Sunday, 26th October 2025.

• Nomination forms may be submitted by email to secretary@southadelaidebasketball.com.au or handed directly to the Club Secretary.

• If no nominations are received by this deadline, nominations may be taken from the floor at the AGM.

Our Annual General Meeting is an important opportunity to help shape the future direction of our club. To ensure the meeting can proceed, we must reach the required quorum — and your attendance makes the difference.

If each team can send at least one representative who is eligible to vote (the first-named parent on a child’s registration), we’ll easily meet the numbers needed. Your voice and participation help strengthen our club community, so please make sure your team is represented.
