South Adelaide SDJBL Summer 2026/27 Registrations
Registrations are now open for the 2026/27 SDJBL Summer Season.

What does it cost?
For players registering to play in a South Adelaide SDJBL team, the following fees apply:
South Adelaide SDJBL Registration Fee
$235 per player
Game Day Fees
$140 per player, per season
Game day fees are paid upfront at the beginning of the season.
South Adelaide Volunteer Levy
$30 per player
The Volunteer Levy helps support the volunteers required to deliver our competitions and club programs.

Basketball SA and Basketball Australia Fees
Players are also required to pay:
Basketball SA Annual Affiliation Fee: $25.75
Basketball Australia Levy: $5.00
These fees are paid through Basketball Connect and provide Basketball SA affiliation and insurance coverage for 12 months from the date of payment.
Basketball SA and Basketball Australia fees are set by the relevant governing bodies and are subject to change.
How registration works
There are two registration steps for SDJBL players.
Step 1: Register with South Adelaide
Complete your South Adelaide registration using the link above.
This allows us to place players into teams and prepare for the upcoming SDJBL season.
Step 2: Register through Basketball Connect
Once teams have been finalised, our SDJBL Competitions Manager will send each player their Basketball Connect registration link.
Families will then complete the Basketball Connect registration, including any applicable Basketball SA and Basketball Australia fees.
Current District Players and SDJBL Coaches

This will help make sure you are registered correctly and avoid duplicate fees.
Players in External SDJBL Teams
Players participating in an external SDJBL team do not pay the $235 South Adelaide player registration fee individually.
External teams will be invoiced separately for their participation.
