South Adelaide Panthers vs Norwood Flames – Round 3 NBL1 Central

For more than 60 years, Marion Basketball Stadium has been the home of South Adelaide Basketball Club.

On Thursday 2 April 2026, the Panthers take on Norwood Flames in Round 3 of the NBL1 Central season in what may be one of the most significant nights in the venue’s history.

Women’s Game – 6.30pm
Men’s Game – 8.30pm

With Council scheduled to consider the stadium tender on 24 March, this event represents an opportunity for players, families, volunteers and supporters to come together and celebrate the legacy of basketball in Marion.

The evening will feature:

• Food trucks
• Free Face painters
• Family-friendly entertainment
• A packed NBL1 atmosphere
• General admission grandstand seating available on Court 2

Please note: there will be no free entry for Under 15 children wearing South Adelaide gear for this event. All attendees will require a valid ticket due to expected demand and venue capacity.
