Season 2025/2026 - Intent to Play Form (player/ parent details) - current South Adelaide Basketball Club junior District players ONLY.
I am writing to request that my application be considered for continued membership with the South Adelaide Basketball Club. If I am successful in gaining a spot on a District team, I agree to be bound by the rules and regulations and pay in full the membership fees as set by the club.
