South Adelaide members, our Dr. Dish shooting machines are live and ready to ramp up your reps. Lock in a 30-minute block, jump on court with up to three shooters per booking, and let the machine do the passing, rebounding and stat-tracking while you focus on one thing: making buckets.

How it works

  1. Book a 30-minute slot (South Adelaide members only).

  2. Arrive 5 minutes early to warm up and set your workout.

  3. Shoot, track, improve.

  4. Wipe down & reset for the next group.

House rules

  • Max 3 shooters per booking

  • Please bring your own ball & a water bottle

  • Be on time — your clock starts at your booking time
