South Adelaide District Trials | Current South Adelaide Domestic Players
South Adelaide Basketball Club is inviting current South Adelaide SDJBL players to register for our 2026/27 District Program trials.
This is a great opportunity for players who are ready to take the next step from SDJBL basketball into the Basketball SA District competition.
Our District Program is built around strong coaching, clear standards, team commitment and player development. South Adelaide is proud of the pathway we provide for our junior players, and with our new 4-court stadium on the way, our club is building an exciting future for our players and families.
Current South Adelaide SDJBL players do not pay the $50 trial fee.
You are already part of the South Adelaide family, but you must still register in advance so we can plan sessions properly.

Hi families, We’re looking forward to having your son attend our South Adelaide Basketball trials this Sunday at the State Basketball Centre, Wayville. Please aim to arrive up to 30 minutes before your scheduled trial time to allow plenty of time for parking and check-in. Due to the Royal Adelaide Show bump-in, there are some important changes to parking and venue access this weekend. Parking and venue access
Here is a map to help with parking and access.
Once inside, please quietly make your way all the way down through the stadium, past both court entrances, towards the new section of the SBC. We will have signs in place directing you to our check-in area in the meeting room. A special note for our U16 and U18 families: Forestville will be holding an event in the stadium during these trial sessions. As you make your way through the venue, please keep noise and general chatter to a minimum and be respectful of their event. During the trials, we will also hold a short parent information session near the canteen area, where we will share a little more about South Adelaide Basketball, our program and what families can expect through the trial process. |
